My complaint number 5658592 dated 03 Sep 2015. Having no Internet connection since five days. After repeated complaints no Action taken till today.
I am a customer of Act Broadband since 12/2014. The service was good for initial three months. Afterwards it started deteriorated. I am having problem in reaching www. Elections. Tn. Gov. In. I have made several complaints to thecustomer care department. But nothing tangible happened. The customer care people say some technician called me in my registered mobile and the complain has been resolved. But i am not getting the said site opened. This was the case three months ago. It was resolved after a month. Again the same problem cropped. My neighbor who also got Act connection is able to open the same web site. My complaint No. 0005387609/7/8/15 and 0005488667/17/8/2015 are still not resolved. Nobody is wiling to attend such complaints. But want only money. If anybody can reach to the top level people in Act this can be resolved. (stupid Hope).
Very worst service in Act broadband Chennai. I am sincerely request you all please do not go with Act use rather please go for some other vendor. As I raised the ticket for slowness and issue with the usage. My plan is 40 GB, 20 MBPS line. However they did not acknowledge ticker. This is very first time am seeing in such big broadband doing bad service.
I met Mr Hegde at the head office that the channels are not broad-casted as per the commitment of rupees 310/- and Rs260/- annualsubscription after the complaint few channels were given and after 24 hours the channels are cut again I am vexed with this act of the company and wish to inform you that i may have to seek legal help if this attitude of your operator jay sky link is continued and the channels are not give immediately. Please expedite Action and inform me the out come please.
