I visit Ramada Airtel office as on 16 12 2017 Mr Asif Khan attended me and commit me discount of rupees 100 on my existing rupees 599 family post paid plan, but there is not any discount was given by the Airtel in my current bill. I call customer care officer ms Shivani from chandigarh today 25th of Jan 2018 and she told me "there was not any notification for this from the store and you (Manju Gupta ) had not any kind of proof or receipt for this" My complaint is against Mr Asif Khan who commit me. i applied to transfer my prepaid Airtel connection to postpaid. On Saturday. Yesterday i received all my verification messages and at eight pm my phone disconnected till today 1:41 pm and i am disconnected with my family even, they cannot contact me as i live alone in jaipur. Its been more thn 16 hours. I've been calling to the customer care department from yesterday, but no body is capable enough to solve my situation. They want 30 minutes to one hour from last night. Very disappointed with these services. Can you please ask some one who is capable enough to solve my problem. Specially who do not lie. I am not a terrarist or any illegel person.
