This is a complaint regarding Ariel fixed line zunk box attached to my house with numerous wires going out to different houses even though I do not have any Airtel connection.
1. All the wires and zunk box to be immediately relocated from my house within next 4-5 days as house is going under reconstruction and leaving me no option other than cutting all the wires.
2. Multiple times I have informed your line men only to get response ‘ If you want you can cut the wires it’s not our responsibly and contact the office’.
3. Please let me know the escalation contact on this if you are not able to assist me, else will directly escalate this to Airtel South zone head office.
4. I do not want to cause any inconvenience to my neighbors just because of Airtel in-efficiency in this matter.
