Some years ago, I ported my line from Etisalat to Airtel, with the understanding that l will get a better service. Unfortunately, your practices border on fraudelence. I topeed up my line with N5, 000 on the 28th at them Airport, by the second day, without making any call, it was all exhausted. Yesterday, I had the sum of 5, 000 paid into my account, my data is always off, by this morning without making any call, the balance had gone down. What I found infuriating and fraudulent is charging me for calling your customer number to try and resolve a problem. Its disgraceful. I will never use my Airtel SIM when next I travel out, your conditions for roaming are shrouded in confusion. Its unfortunate that you deplete customers money at will. Your are robbing your customers black and blue, and I plan to make a formal complaint to the necessary authority.

I received a notification from ExtraCredit that my account was credited with N170N and charged 30N. The message asked me to recharge by 18/03/2018 to repay. My complaint here is that I did not subscribe for Extra Credit neither did I borrow and amount. Why was your network forcing extra credit on me. I do not want this package, If I need to recharge I will do so. The last time I was credited with 200 credit I complained to customer care, but unfortunately it deducted N230 from my account. Please resolve this issue quickly.

My handset with Airtel Phone Number 08023073770 was stolen in the University Central Mosque of Nasarawa State University, Keffi, after a meeting in the mosque on Sunday, August 20, 2017. I tried to retrieve the phone number by going to the Airtel Offices in Keffi, but was told to go to Wuse II because Airtel SIM Registration had been suspended in Keffi. On Thursday, August 31, I went to Wuse II, complained at the Airtel Office, filled a form, and paid Seven hundred Naira (N700. 00) for a new SIM card swap. I was told that the phone number would start work around seven - eight pm that day. Sadly to this moment, Saturday, September two, 2017 at 11:17 pm the phone number has not started work, as there are no service bars or network on the phone. Kindly restore my line URGENTLY so that I can use it IMMEDIATELY. Thank you.

Any time I recharge my line - 08022208963 I keep on receving text messages especially quotations (hadith, quran) from one of my contacts ASM which I did not subscribe to and my credit is debited.
