I have been flying Arik airline since 2013. It had always been my favourite airline to New York, London And domestic routes. Recently, I got a visa to South Africa for tourism and I tried all in vain to make reservations on the official website. On each occasion, these travel agencies hijack/ block the websites and replaces it with there own. Even when I searched on their sites, all they bring are fares and reservations from other airlines. I made a mistake of not visiting the headquater before packing the entire trip up in annoyance. If I am able to interact directly with Arik reservations, I may still make the trip. Kindly give me the fares for Lagos - Johannesburg return trip, departure (21/07/2018) and returning on 28/07/2018. For me, it is either Arik or nothing. I await your response. It is either Arik.

Greetings, Please I boarded Arik Flight W3 417 from Uyo to Abuja today 2nd September, 2015. My seat number was 16A. The flight was for 0945 hrs. When I got home, I discovered that my luggage zip had fallen apart. Probably it was due to compression from the luggage compartment of the aircraft. Your flight schedules are unreliable. Your staff attitude very poor. Customer retention is bedrock of any business. A flight scheduled to leave Accra by 8. 05am left by 3pm. Reason for delay was not communicated to numerous passengers. My son's connecting flight to Enugu is by 3. 45pm and being typical Arik, customers are left to bear the cost of their ineptitude. If you do not have enough fleet to cover all routes, please restrict your ticket sales to the areas you can cover. This is a shame to Arik air management who has failed to train the staff on excellent service delivery.

My name is Matthew H Ugwueze. I left Nigeria for Luanda Angola on 20-12-2014. I checking in the bag I was carrying, but when I arrived to Angola I didn't find my bag containing all my personal document, including my clothes, shoes, etc. Then I went to Arik office in Angola and complained at the airport and they tried to find it, but all to no avail, they went to the aircraft that brought me and searched it, but there is nothing they could find. They called on airport security and they arrived on the baggage claim area. They went through the surveillance camera data to see if someone tampered to it, but nothing and no trace of the bag. They called Aril office in Nigeria and they send email containing my baggage claim tag no 0028, w3 265414. But up till date they did not reply. Right now I'm really tired and frustrated I do not have any clothe or shoes with me and all the necessary document.
