hello.. my payment of my EVDO number 9184067061 via bill no 197162181 for the month of September 13 was paid by me through State Bank of India internet banking. the Transection number was 82837162IGM1303196. After payment the amount was deducted from my account, but on BSNL portal is shows that Initiated. Kindly refund the amount back to my account or mark it as successful payment. Thanks.
