Validity of my spouse mobile No 8289985059 was upto 03 Oct 2017. I received message from BSNL authority through SMS. On 04 Oct 2017 at about 1220 Hrs, I recharged rupees 44/- and validity extended for 01 year. After recharge of rupees 44/-, it is observed that a sum of rupees 41. 53 was already been deducted from my balance on 04 Oct 2017 at 0545 Hrs as per statement of customer care executive. rupees 41. 53 deducted from my balance without any information or SMS from your side. Due to non receipt of any messages from your side, after recharge of rupees 44/- my mithram tariff plan has been changed to Onam offer your side. This procedure is totally wrong. In view of the above technical problem, you are kindly, requested to look in to the matter and do the following actions at the earliest:-
(a) rupees 41. 53 required to be credited to my mobile balance due to your deduction without any information. (b) otherwise rupees 44/- required to be credited to my mobile balance and tariff plan changed from Onam Offer to Mithram Plan.

I have a post paid mobile connection with number 9447760888. Eventhough i have cleared my previous telephone bills in time, in online payment portal my bill amount is shown as rupees 2276/- and i had to pay this amount in online against the actual bill amount of rupees 866/-. The bill payment was delayed because the bill amount shown in payment portal was not correct and very high. It is the non updation of the bill amount in payment portal that caused the delay in bill payment and disconnection of services in my phone. Hence Please arrange to update the on line system in time. My landline No. 0495-2265224 and Broadband connection is out of order for over four weeks. Several calls were made to the complaint booking number and complaint registered. We also contacted the local exchange (Kakkodi) to no avail. However, there was no delay in getting the bill. I am not able to make any call from this number or receive any calls. Friends who dial my number informs me that without the line getting engaged they loose money. I pay a monthly fixed charge of Rs. 999 for Broadband. This is too is not working well as it gets disconnected often. Can something be done to rectify this problem. I will have to consider other better and cheapen options to meet my need. I am working in Kolkata and I find that the roaming service is charging enormously for phone as well as internet where as the private players are charging very nominal for these facilities. I have been the post paid customer of BSNL for the past nine years. I used to have an average bill of Rs. 1000 or in certain months more than 2000 rupees. It has come to the notice that the BSNL is wooing the prepaid customers by giving enormous offers where as the post paid customers who is your buddy for so many years have been denying these incentives. I regret to inform that most of the time at the collection centre (Manachira) the cashier come with no change. Today (30. 12. 2014) at around 11. 15 am I went to pay my bill, the bill amount was Rs. 1620/- I gave Rs. 2000 as I did not have Rs. 20/-. The cashier me to want, I waited for nearly half an hour. Neither the cashier paid me the amount nor he made any attempt to get it cleared. Ultimately as I had a urgent meeting, I forgo Rs. 80 and went back. Pre-paid BB service was activated for the landline number 04936-248143 (Meenagadi Exchange in Wayanad) during November 2012. I am not able to recharge this account as I have lost the 'portal id' for this account. Had contacted the Exchange to retrieve the portal ID from their Database, but was shocked to see that the database itself do not have these details. No attending /rectifying the Fault Repairs of Telephone number.0496-2605510 by BSNL/Melady/Kerala, since last two months in spite of reporting matters to higher authorities of BSNL




The Line man concerned has been verifying the fault at the junction box only and not verifying/ testing the phone from my Hand set so as to confirm that telephone is in working order.

It is understood that my telephone has been ringing whenever they dial from exchange or Telephone post from which my connection is provided.


The Line man in question connects his Service Phone Set from to the cable pair lie between my terminal and Junction Box and to record that the telephone is in working condition instead of testing from my Hand set provided to my phone.

I had given a complaint regarding my telephone and broadband connection number 04935222300 of Panamaram Telephone Exchange. Until today there was no response from any of you and at the same time without fail BSNL is sending me the monthly bill. This is the last time where I am requesting you to have a look at this issue and do the needful at the earliest.

My name is Dr Anzi. M.S. I am using BSNL Broadband connection for my phone number 04935 222300 which comes under Panamaram Exchange since 5yrs, the customer ID is 4014763736, with an account number 9028613404. Past eight months I am facing a lot of problems with the broadband connection. The above mentioned phone as well as the Internet were not working properly since then. We have made several complaints about this, but we were informed that it was a BSNL cable problem and would be rectified within 3-4 days. my land line number is 2246303. i have internet connection.This connection is not working properly I will complaint many times no responsible for the complaint.They told my wife workers unavailability What will do I am working in saudiarabia.Before told me the cable issue we do not have cable I will buy the cable they did not change please inform they to solve the problem

My landlind number 0495 2359191 and BSNL internet were not working since 19 July. We have made several complaints about this, but we were informed that it was a BSNL cable problem and would be rectified within 3-4 days, but until now there is no action from your end.
