My Telephone Number is 22424052. I had also broad band facility. I had shifted my residence from Door No7, Plot No 12, Hindu Colony III Cross street, Puzhudhivakkam, to F2, KRISHNA FLATS, No eight, MANIKKAMMAL STREET, EPR NAGAR, CHENNAI-91. I had asked for shifting my landline and broad band facility to the new address. In this connection I had given a written application on 15. 12. 2015 to customer service center, Madipakkam. But till date the transfer has not been effected. I had contacted the BSNL Technician to get the feasibility report and he had also replied that lines are available. I had also contacted the Junior Engineer Ullagaram exchange at kuppusamy street and got a positive reply. I had to postpone my visit to my native place and other engagements because of the Telephone transfer delay. I kindly request you to do the needful at the earliestP. S. Venkatesan.

Sir I registered complaint on Tuesday that is 24th March through phone that I my broadband is not connecting and they gave the docket number. Also I received one message that fault is assigned to Mr Srinivasan with phone number. No one responded till now. When I called to the phone number which I received I was surprised it was attended by a person who was in tirutani. I am in yearly plan and I have paid the amount for the whole year and still I am not getting the Internet for the past four days. Please attend to this and rectify the problem immediately.
