Dear SirWe are facing a very tough days with the staff of your esteem organization. We are having one broad band connection and our landline no on which this connection is 01812263729. It has took four working days that our problem has not been responded. Sir we are paying more than rupees 12000 in a year and no body look forward when problem arises. On contacting at your help desk no they have given at least eight landline no of local office, but surprised to see that no body is picking these number. But end of our problem is not over now and my wife also visited your office on yesterday evening, but still no progress on. Interestingly i got message yesterday that your problem has resolved without even looking or calling or resolving the problem. I lodge complaint yesterday as well for which i allotted complain no 1028093286, but still no body responded. You are requested to kindly look after this problem else i have to take the route of consumer court.

Calls disconnect frequently and speech is interuppted and one is unable to hear properly and have to call time and again and have to pay for nothing .the deptt officials say that it is due to change over from ericson to zte technology,who cares in BSNL for its growth.people are swithcing over to other service providers.
