I called twice on 30 June to cancel Premium subscription and I did not need the service for three weeks. Was told it could only be done on 3RD July as my account runs from then. This was not done and called back on the 20 July to ask why was told I had to call back on the day. What bullshit that one has to call from overseas when you notify the company ahead. Can't reconnect because my count is in arrears. this is how you treat a premium customer for the past five years.

Called DSTV call centre one August 2013 to arrange for a technician to reset my MNET decoder (separate from my DSTV)and a tech called me twice and both times never pitched - i have emailed several times regarding this matter - finally after informing them I am going to report this matter to the media did a tech call and only on the 12th September 2013 was this matter sorted, now i am requesting a refund for my MNET sub for the month of August and the 11 days in September - no response on my emails sent - yet when we connect, they charge us per day...but yet my d/order is deducted promply each month.....

I have had the same problem with DSTV that has been dragging on for more than one Year now, where they do not allocate my payments correct then suspending my account on a monthly basis leaving me to call them every month for mre than a year now. I am at the point of going to there manangers if this is not sorted immediately if nothing gets done I am going to take this further, I still have my correspondence with various people at DSTV so I am inserting all when taking this further.
