Dispute SR401964176 dtd 20 Feb 2016. Which for me is not yet resolved. I had food at Spice garden - Genting - Malaysia on 15th Nov 2015. Bill was 322. 85 Malaysian Ringgits. This transaction was billed to me in your December statement which I paid vide chq number 092476 dtd 29/12/2015, Rs. 6299/- drawn on The Cosmos Co-Op bank Ltd. However this same transaction appeared in my Feb 2016 statement against which I raised a complaint vide mail on 18th Feb. 2016 whose dispute number Is stated above. I had attached the Restaurant bill and transaction slip along with my complaint to customer. Care@ICICIbank.com. However on 6th May I received mail from customerdisputes@ICICIbank.com that I need to pay this amount and they had attached the same bill and transaction copy received from the restaurant. We both are referring to the same transaction and I have already made the payment than where do the question arise of repayment. Please re look into the matter and resolve the issue. Thank you.

I am a senior citizen having your credit card facility for almost a decade, however of late I have noticed that you do not pay any serious attention to my grievance which had been conveyed to you earlier also through this medium. For your ready reference I am repeating my complaint which I hope will be resolved to my satisfaction. In your credit card statement dt 19-08-2014 you had charged late fees of Rs561/though from my side the payment was made in time. I had explained to you in detail the reason for your receiving the payment late mainly on account of intervening holidays. Similar situation had happened in the month of may, but you had realized that time the reason for receiving payment late and no such late fee charged to my account. Secondly you had shown in your statement of 29th may, 2914 points earned as 3095 out of which 1636 point as redeemed, in fact no such points were redeemed by me, further balace point as shown 1457 were not credited to my account though your executive assured and promised me on phone to give credit to my next statement. You have conveniently ignored your promise at the same time you have deprived me of this credit and in the your October statement you are showing points earned as just 65. I do not know where my earned points vanishes. In this circumstances I hope you will relook to my case in all earnest and give the credit I deserve as a customer of long standing. I had purchased ICICI Lombard product of amount 6000 that was deducted from Credit Card instantly with 600 rupees EMI for per month. I had paid two EMI and since i do not want to continue i had cancel the policy. While doing the same on call person told 5200 rs(approx) will be refunded to your account. However they returned 50% of amount only. If they are not sure why they commit on call.

None of the telephone numbers are working. ICICI Credit card bank is known for not having proper contact numbers for the customer to contact. They do not send the bills on time. They then send SMS reminders and charge heavy penalty. Not available to be contacted on phone. I contacted both the above numbers and if you go through their monthly bill there is mention of any telephone number that can be contacted. All Card holders should stop using their card as I am going to do from today.

I received a message on my mobile at 10.34pm on 27 October 2014, for use of my card for Rs. 5000 towards Airtel payment. As I have not made any such payment. I immediately called on customer care number for Mumbai and also entered the relevant details required during the call. I had to hold for 40 minutes before I was connected to the customer care executive. The executive Suchitra has misdirected me and could not provide me the required solution. I also tried sending a SMS CCBLK to 5676766 number as mentioned on the website for blocking my card. However, I received a message that it was an invalid number. I called back on the number to confirm blocking of the card and had to wait for another 45 minutes to get through to another executive. The amount of time I spent to have my card blocked would have been enough for anyone to misuse my card to the maximum available limit. Please look into the same on the kind of hold time for customers considering the urgency of the request.

Your executives spoke to me about this offer on 04/10/14 and advised me that the said amount will get reversed in the next month statement and also informed me that i will receive some courier within 15 days with gifts and some holiday package. So far i have not received any courier.

I applied for ICICI credit card through a marketing call. A lady name jyoti called me stating that since you are a tcs employee you are eligible for a no fee card. I also submitted the photo copy of my pay slip, passport and one photograph to the gentleman name prashant on 8th oct, 2014. I was told the application would be processed with 24 – 48 hours. However, it been more than a week i have no clue about my credit card application. I haven’t received any messages from ICICI neither a phone call that updates me with the status of my application. I tried calling customer care, but it’s of no use because it won’t let me speak to the customer care till the time i don’t punch in the credit card details. When i tried calling jyoti on 9773930880 i couldn’t get through her as well because her phone was always switched off. Kindly assist.

I had made full payment of INR. 2180 for the month of August 2014 due date was 29/8/2014. I had made payment on 29.08.2014 for the same amount.

I am surprise to note that your current statement has charged me late fee for rupees 500/- + services charges which i do not agree. Please reverse the late fees and service charges in the next statement as per the instructions given by your customer care executive.

I have credit card number 4477580069485016 in the name of atul kishor nahar. On 15th September i have made payment of rupees 20000/- through NEFT and the same has been received by ICICI bank. In my recent statement of September month. It is not showing any credit of rupees 20000/- and the outstanding remains the same.
Please intervene and credit my amount of rupees 20000/- as per the date of 15 September 2014 and reverse the interest charges accordingly.

I did apply for credit card last month.
My all verification and documents are done.
Home and office verification also done.
Also got ICICI credit card application ref. No 2014230926545.
But my card was not delivered to me.
It's gone back to bank,without any inform to me.
Now unable to connect with customer care and bank executives are not giving me info about this.

Please suggest me what can i do otherwise bank will return my all documents.

I had made full payment of inr. 1348. 00 for my previous month, but as i was out of Mumbai could not reach Mumbai in time and hence there was a delay of one day in making the payment.

This month i am surprised to note that you esteemed bank has charged me late fees which is total of inr. 647. 72. This may be as per your guidelines. At the same time taking into consideration our relationship and my previous records of payment i humbly request you to waive the late fees charged against this credit card under advise to me.

After calling customer care number,it says to follow the particular instrcutions.for e.g.type the care number followed by four digit pin number or DOB. after doing this still reply comes as 'invalid input.i have come across this problem many times in recent past.
