i received a message from idea for recharge of rs. 9/- call rates will get 1. 4p/2s. for 28 days. but when i got it done on 18/10/15 at 19. 20 hrs. i got a message of 1. 3p/2s for two days. i was told by the retailer that it will become after one hr 1. 4p/2s. for 28 days. but when i called on 20/10/15 the call rate was not reduced it was 1. 5p/1s. retailer called the customer care but answer was send the customer to your center. i went there and after waiting for half an hour i was given a complaint number and asked to wait till 23/10/15. if not solved by then i should report on line. also before doing all this i contacted 198 i was told that there is no such recharge done. the complaint no. given to me is1-61907070266 dtd23/10/15.

I got a call on my cell number on 04 September 13 and when I received the call the prerecorded voice started giving the options that for setting the ring tone please press one and so on. As I was not interested I disconnected the call, but a minute later I got the message that thanks for the request and another message followed that pretone service has been activated for rupees 12/- for ten days. The message also gave a number for meaasging STOP in case of deactivation. I followed the steps, but no confirmation was received on deactivation. And I now get meaasage ( auto renewal) and whenever as per the directions I message for deactivation it is not being accepted.
