I have surrender ulip policy No 235426432 on dt 13/06/2016 due to non receipt of payment ireached lic cbo2 for enquiry. Firstly i asked to chief manager He send me to madam Ruma Tripathi AAO. When I enquired her she send me to another assistant. Buthe has also denied. Iagain bound for enquiry to madame who was sitting with chief manager. Irequest her, but she rudly misbehaved and told getout. Irequested how you are talking with policyholder. She threatend me for arrest. I am a 67 year old person the policy pertain to my wife. Such behaviour of a senior officer towards policyholder is not appreciable. This is for kind information and n/a please. My payment still pending.
