Luminous inverter+battery purchased jointly, during 7/12. Already sent to warranty card by post to Delhi office. For the past 10-days, the inverter unit is not working properly and the battery is not getting charged. Informed the same to local dealer(Roy electronics). As per their advice, phoned to the new Delhi office. no response. So sent email on 14, 15, 16.10.13. emailed to customer care and also to marketing division at Delhi(Near Janakpuri). Please look into this and do the needful to rectify/replace the unit, through your local dealer M/s.Roy Electronics at Super Bazaar, Tiruchirapalli-620008. Dec 2011. This UPS is not working properly and does not gives output after power cut also the incoming connections are loose.
