I am writing from Canada. I had bought diamond engagement ring, diamond mangalsutra and nose ring from PC Jewellers, Preet Vihar branch, Delhi in December 2015 for my wedding. In less than two months both MS and ring have developed problems. One diamond came out of ring. And one of the gold "kadi" in MS has broken. As a result my MS can break anytime. I am very disappointed in your brand. I am not even able to upload pics. If you want to have a look I can send them to your email ID. Since I am in Canada, I cannot even visit your stores. Can you advise what can I do? I am sure that I will never recommend your brand to anyone.

Hi, This is to bring in your kind notice that, i have purchased silver jewelry yesterday from Faridabad outlet of PC jewelers, but it was very worst experience. They have taken 1. five hours for the small transaction and done many errors. I have returned some old silver jewelry, but they have taken 15% less as per actual priority. Which have never explained to me. All the staff members are non co-operative especially counter persons Mr. Goyal and Mr. Jain. I have purchased some lacs of jewelry from the P C jewelers, but henceforth i will think twice before enter the shop. Bill is being attached.

Dear Customer Care, This brings to your knowledge that I had purchased Two diamond Bangles invoice number 07401 from G-54, Sector-18, Noida in Feb, 2015. I hadn't tried on these bangles until few days back, when I noticed that five stones were missing from the bangles. I went to shop in G-54, SECTOR-18, NOIDA to lodge a complaint along with weight receipt and bill and Bangles. The Manager at counter saw the bangles and weighed them and found weight is same as per receipt. Even then he did not accept my complaint and asked me to pay for repair. I trust on PC JEWLLERS that they will not cheat a customers, so kingly fix my Bangles. Hope you will understand and take the corrective action to rectify the fault. Customer care phoned me on 20th Aug, 2015 about feed back. Same thing I told them then They suggested to go the Shop. On their recommendation We went to the shop on 24th August, 2015.

I Amit Dutta from Rashtrapati Bhavan new Delhi. on 05 march 2015 i have given a diamond ring to your south extension new delhi-49 outlet for repairing. that time your representative gave a receipt copy (repair n0-579) and said to come on 20 mar 15 for delivery and also write down on receipt copy and now (20-03-15) when i call them they said he ask me all details and he said he will give me all details after half an hour. but after one hour when call was not came to me then again i call them but no one was response my call. after half an hour again i call then they put my call in reject list. really it is very sad that a big name of pc jewelers is confusing me that in future investment. and also my family's and friends. kindly i request you to consider on my above problem. i am very upset and sorry to say that i am very unhappy for you service procedure. hope after this i don't have to write any complain letter to any one.

I am Capt. Ashish Kumar had ordered six kg silver dinner set on 5th of October to be delivered on 20th of October 2014 (Order 109- AD number -884) after having seen the set at PC south extension, i have already paid 2.25 lakhs in advance and till yesterday no delivery was done after repeated reminders. Finally yesterday, my order was shown and it was only 4. eight kg, structurally weaker and a total departure in design and color. The finishing is very local and does not seem from PC Jewelers. The entire thing is not acceptable. Due to the delay in delivery self had to cancel my abroad trips twice and now i am frustrated. Since the promised delivery date 20th of October. The silver has also fallen RS 4000 kilo. Mr Subodh Gupta from PC Indirapuram had personally assured me of the quality, exactness and timings and he is on the behalf of PC has failed on all commitments.
