I had already explained every thing in the complaint lodged online. I will explain once again.I was checking my credit score through online site of Credit Information Bureau of India. I was shocked to see that there is a Credit Card on my name taken from Phoenix ARCI know very well that I do not have nor had any credit card from Phoenix ARCThis totally looks like some agents who came to get me some loans in 2002 must have misused my personal and financial photocopies This information in the Credit Score shows there is over Rs. 37, 000 outstanding amount till date. I want this matter to be taken with urgency and necessary action to be takenAlso, I do not have such card and it shows some payments have been done, if so some one would have paid. Based on the discussion with your person the out standing amount has been mutually settled vide No-PARC/13-14/05844, Date of payment 28.07.2013 amounting to Rs.15000/- vide cheque No-574229 dated 28.07.2013. After one and half month there is no massage from your company regarding the clearance from CIBIL and isuance of NOC.

When I contacted Phoenix ARC and asked for the details of transactions made through this card they did not give me any proof of transactions made and just insisted on clearing dues.

I was told that my “No Dues Certificate “ will be ready in one week and information will be sent to CIBIL for clearance so far I have not received any information . Still CIBIL rating is showing very less.

It is requested, please issue a NO objection certificate immeediatly and clearance to be given to CIBIL for improve my rating.

On getting my Cibil report I have found out that one of the personal loan of Rs.1.5 lac which was taken on 17th June'2003 (as per report, has been written off for Rs.30779 (principal written off is 20987) and as per cibil records, the payment of this loan has been done feb'10. Apparently this loan does not seems to be mine as I have checked by bank statements as well as checked with ICICI bank which used be my sole banker at that point in time, but not able to get any details of either payment or outstanidng at the banker end.
