Infect I had wait for more than 20 mints which was OK if there were lot of crowd, but instead of that I have seen lazy staff not interested to attend the customers or make the empty tables ready for them. Floor of pizza hut was very dirty. Also during serving ketch-up bottle on table was not in proper order even water, spoon were not made available at the half of meal completed. Service was very slow and most disgusting part was that washroom was very smelly. Yuck. Also there was no liquid soap was available for washing hands and wash basin was also dirty all around. Pizza hut is poor in service and quality. My experience with pizza hut this time ( pizza bought on four September 2013, 8:51 pm) was misetable to say the least.
Issues
A) the deliver guy reached my place after 48 mins of placing order. Pn pointing out this he said "5-10 min late ho jata hai". The dominoes guy for a four min delay apologised and the said we would take care in the future.
B) The "Fiery chicken" simply did not have chicken at all and was very as if it was reheated. Also, the same pizza on dine in has more chicken and is more palatable.
C) I requested for the rupees 45 cheese addition, which the booking agent outright as i had received a one + one offer ( promo code
PHE01). dominoes allows it with their wednesday one + one offer why not phd.
D) the pizza base was very dry and did not have cheese at all.
My seven year old son clearly mandated that we should only buy from dominoes after having had both the same day.

I had ordered some pizzas from your Greater kailash -I ; M Block market (New Delhi) outlet tonight. The staff took over 20 minutes with three calls back to me in an attempt to take the order. The manager Mr.Dev was so rude and arrogant. I have always had a very good experience previously sith former managers such as Mr. Samarth and Mr.Rakesh, but this manager Dev was terrible. He was so incompetant and obnoxious. A terrible human being not fit to be in the sales department. I was so frustrated that I finally cancelled my order. When I told him that I would complain he said to go ahead.
I am very sad that Pizz hut has resorted to keeping such incompetant staff who is out to make patrons change thker patronage.

Dear Sir, I am a regular customer of your outlet, but Today I tried to order under your scheme (1+1) on medium pizza to your sector 35, Chandigarh outlet on phone number 0172-5080551 and had a word with Himanshu.
These people are making fool of customers by giving different kind of prices from the prices mentioned in your menu.
They said if I order without any offer then I will be charged normal price mentioned in the menu otherwise if I order under the offer scheme of (1+1) the I have to shell out approx. Rs.60.00 extra.
On the other hand your competitor Dominos, they are very clear in their terms of the offers.
On 17/07/2013 I ordered under the 1+1 scheme and I paid Rs.447.00 now they are asking for Rs.505.00 for the same order.
Its not the matter of Rs.60.00, but this shows that how you people be fool your customers.
If possible, Kindly look into the matter
