I had purchased a 32GB Cruzer Blade USB flash drive from Chroma outlet, 1st block RajajiNagar, Bangalore in 2013 and has a warranty of five years. Though it was sparingly used, now the pen drive has stopped working. Unable to even format from any of the systems. Tried using it in all android systems, windows eight and ten operating system, but it is not functioning in any of them. Please let me know how and where can I get it rectified or will I be able to get a replacement as it is very well within the warranty period. Awaiting your response at the earliest.

But after one month when i was about use that pendrive, it was not detecting.
