I have two post paid numbers(9040012642and9040012648).Iam operating these two number since more than two years.But since last two months I can not use the 2nd number as its SIM was corupted.When I contacted your c-care office which is at sahid Nagar,in front of idbi bank bhubaneswar orissa,there they told to deposit a sum of rupees 540/-(on 27.8.2013)then they can convert the 2nd no to post paid. I have deposited that amount on that date After that Iwas told to come after 4/5 days as pre paid SIM was not available.After 4/5 days again I went there then Iwas told to deposit Rs400 then only it will be possible.On hearing this Ireturn back.Then I have registration complain on121 two times ,no results Now I have received the bill of two numbers for the month of August 2013,the bill for 2nd no was also. included(Rs199/-)which was not used since two monthes.Hence Ihave decided to throw these two sims.THANK YOU
