The primary focus is on preparing the next generation of global managers who would accept the challenge of today and tomorrow in Indian as well as global Scenario. The Abhinav Kalyan Samiti, the promoters of AKS Management College – Lucknow was formed on 30th Dec’2002 vide Registration No. 3001/2002-03, with the objective to promote educational and other philanthropic activities. Keeping in view of the growing demand and emerging market scenario, the society has established AKS Management College. 

AKS Management College – Lucknowwill have an intake of 60 students. Admissions in the Institute shall be through combined test organized by Government of Uttar Pradesh/UPTU. The eligibility and reservations shall be as prescribed by Government of U.P., AICTE. and UPTU. The duration of course shall be two years. The syllabus and the examination scheme/regulations shall be as prescribed by UPTU and as per guidelines of AICTE. The AKS Management College – Lucknowenvisages to develop father-son relationship between faculty members and students with a vision to promote the feeling of mentorship. The modern teaching methods would be fostered to obtain better results. The semester -wise syllabus would be taught and completed in very effective, organized and planned manner. The continuous review of syllabus-completion and problem redressal would be undertaken by the faculty members and improvements would be accordingly suggested so that students could be able to complete the required studies in time. The orientation programs, presentations and interactive group discussions among AKS Management College – Lucknow students would be developed so as to make their approach more practical, result- oriented and suitable to contemporary academic/professional environment. 

In order to provide better and global exposure to students, the AKS Management College – Lucknow would invite luminaries from IIMs and industries for lecture and participation in other academic events. Similarly, the institute faculty may also visit to such institutes under exchange programmes. The institute will also invite the experts from abroad in case the management policy so permits and provide better opportunities to students by sharing their experience and expertise. 

The mission of the AKS Management College – Lucknow is to provide opportunity to youth for access to quality management education at moderate cost and vision of the college is to create a globally recognized centre of excellence in management education in terms of teaching, research and consultancy. The objective of the college is to provide opportunity to students to groom themselves with modern techniques of management along with soft skills and human values and AKS Management College – Lucknowwants to provide World Class education system and resources, to develop professionals for future challenges. Total quality management system would be implemented at all level of academics.

A Computer lab has been set up within the College campus with hi speed broadband internet and whole campus is connected with the LAN connectivity. All classrooms of the college are fully air conditioned and with projector. A conference room has been set up with the campus for seminars and meetings.
