Dear Sir/ Madam, I have ADIB Business Gold Card No. 4075 9800 0005 8490 and due to PIN Forget I had requested to replace card on March 05, 2016. After that I called so many times and every time I was promised that card would be issued in three to four working days. On March 21, 2016 I personally visited ADIB Oud Metha Branch and there Mr. Barkat arranged a call for me and he also promised that card will be delivered in four to five days. Since March 5, 2016 I called many times to helpline, but in vain. On March 28th I received call from your Mr. Abdullah 026210132 and he told me that due issue in network it was delayed and he says he issues the order and within two days if you did not get card come back to me. So, today when I called this number the attendant told me that there is no Abdullah available on this number. Really I am helpless and do not know where to go. I have cleared my liability by cheque on 17th of June 2015. Same date i applied for a non liability letter and other letter to traffic department. Later i visited the branch after seven days. They told me that they will contact me once it is ready. I contacted through call center also, they giving feedback that there is no any request showing in the system. Later i applied for non liability letter through my internet banking. Till date there is no any communication from the bank.
