Ms. Carolann Granata On Phone To Academy Bus Service
Needing to get to Staten Island earlier than usual because my father was in the hospital, I left work early for the first X24 bus on 37th and 5th avenue in Manhattan. The bus never showed up and I found out today by another passenger that the bus detoured down 45th street to the Lincoln tunnel because the Metro card box was broken and so Mission Control as I like to call them told the bus driver to bypass everyone else. This never happens on any MTA bus, they suck it up and let you on. Shame on you.

Mr. Anthony Baselice On Phone To Academy Bus Service
This is the third time in the past fe months the 8:35am bus scheduled to leave from 109 Lincroft did not even show up. I was standing at the bus station from 8:23am until the next bus arrived at 8:55am. No 8:35am ever arrived. For the cost riders have to pay, on time service should be standard procedure.

Ms. Sandy CallsApr 20, 2015

I do not usually complain, however, our bus driver who took us from Pier 88 to Hartford, CT today, April 19, 2015, was really rude to some of the guests who were getting their luggage. We did have an experience with another Academy Bus driver getting lost on April 12th on our way to Pier eight, but I felt badly for him. This bus driver who took us home, was rude when one lady said, "I think the Hartford luggage was on this side" (storage area) and I heard him say, "Listen lady, I know. I put it there, not you. " Then someone else mentioned they didn't see their luggage and he snapped at that woman as well. I hate seeing people treated this way. I would just be happy knowing someone spoke to him about treating his customers well. I always tip the driver, but in this case, I held back. Unfortunately I didn't get his name, but I hope you get it from the bus route, date and time. NYC, Pier 88 1: 00 PM to Hartford and continued to Braintree, MA on April 19th. Thanks so much, Sandy .
