Pretty horrendous and disgusting service. Will NEVER buy Acer product ever again. Took six + weeks to get a replacement phone and then the service did not return the charger, charging cord and the ear piece. The operator kept asking for verification and serial number of the returned product which was with you already After three or four calls had to get COSCO supervisor involved for the seconf time Last operator failed to advise how the the repair deficiency would be resolved and accused me that it was my fault that the charger and other auxiliary parts were not sent (returned) to me with the mobile phone replacement Last call that resolved NOTHING lasted almost two hours 780 935 9251.

Case: 4386303U Received incomplete phone replacement. Battery charger and ear piece - antenna missing in the return shipment. When I returned the faulty product I returned all components as bought. Require the return and or re-sending of the phone charger and the earpiece.
