Hi there happy St Brigid’s day
I am messaging you to find out when you intend to update the Aldi at jigginstown naas. It is in bad shape no glass doors on the refrigerators which means food is not at the proper temperature. I used an app on my phone to check the temp and it is not up to code. Food that I buy sometimes goes off before the expiration date because of this. This store needs refurbishing before Monread for sure. Please feel free to reply to me

Sincerely
Celine Dunne .

Dear sir, madam
I am furious with your Sensitive Baby Wipes product. I was using them on my face and did not realise they were causing the extreme burning red and inflamed area on my face until I searched the internet and found an enormous amount of complaints. Please with this product immediately before it causes anymore distress on small children, or place a warning on the packaging that the wipes are not to be used on the face. My face is now still very inflamed, and I have noticed broken capillaries on the surface of my skin. This is a disgrace. Please address this complaint as a matter of urgency. It is not enough to put this down to individual sensitivities and leave it at that. Gillian Mannion .

I went to Aldi In Arklow at 20.48 hours and doors were locked. Sign says Opening hours are until 21.00hours. Why were the doors closed. If a sign said last customer entry is 20.49 hours I could understand. I have been going to Aldi in Arklow, County Wicklow since it opened an found the staff very friendly and the products good. I spend about €120 per week there on groceries alone. Hence I am quite disappointed.

I Purchased Almare Seafood Sliced and Smoked Scottish Salmon 200g.

The front of the pack quotes 81 calories per 50G.
The back of the pack quotes 113 calories per 50g.

Which value is correct?
I copied the front and back of the pack for reference.

At the moment your running a competition for free shopping, but can only enter if your on Facebook. I do my weekly shopping in aldi and am a loyal customer. I am disgusted that I am unable to enter the competition. You should think of all customers and not just Facebook one's.

This morning 8/9/13 I went to Aldi Kells Meath especially to buy a Wood Turning Lathe which was on special offer from today. I waited outside store til 10o'clock when doors opened. Went straight to hardware area and found that this lathe was not on shelf. The price was listed, but no stock. Staff member said they were sold out. I asked when as doors had only opened. He said they had a ticket option and first come got the only lathe, but as I was first where do I get a ticket. He said ask the manager. I consider this False Advertising. There were lots of people arriving early to purchase these wood turning machines to be told that they were gone before store opened. Did staff get to buy first ? Very unfair as they were on leaflet for this store. Certainly changes my opinion of Aldi.

I bought a Jump start with air compressor from your store in Gorey. This not a pan of bread that you would use as soon as you get home so the 60 day limit for a refund or a replacement should not apply. The item was faulty when I did have cause to use it. Your manager contacted the manufactuer Walter Werkzeuge, who were initially very helpful and efficient, they arranged collection of the item and contacted me to say there was no receipt enclosed, when I told them I did not have the receipt, things deteriorated. I was then told that either I produce a receipt or arrange collection myself within 30 days (from Austria) or the product will be destroyed.
I want you to arrange a replacement or preferably a refund now as I have lost confidence in the product and its manufacturer.

In Aldi Ramparts Road on Sunday 11. Spend 19.52. Cashier told me Ulster bank visa debit card might not work, but to try anyway. It wasn't. I was mightily embarrassed, and luckily my friend was with me has cash. I rang my bank this am who told me there is nothing wrong with either my card or account. I subsequently used the same card in both the cash machine and shops in the Marshes without incident. I cannot stress how embarrassing this incident was, and would welcome your comments re this.

Dear sir,
My wife and I visited your store in Newlands Cross on Wednesday the 7th for the first time. When we got to the checkout it seemed to me your staff member did not like his job as he never looked up or greeted us. As he put the produce through the scanner my wife dropped a jar of seasoning on the floor. she asked him if she could replace the item his answer was "no you dropped it I did not".
The customers coming behind us were shocked at his manner and the treatment he gave us.Your store was recommended to us, but we will think twice before visiting again
