ARC Have taken my parcel on 30/04 by JP Nagar branch agent Bangalore to coimbatore it has not reached Coimbatore even on 06/05 and the agent doesn’t lift the phone inspite of numerous attempts. No response from Puttuswamy ARC JP Nagar branch he purposely doesn’t answer my call and the vehicle controller at Electronic City bearing number 9620796100 also doesn’t answer the call.

I have send two carton boxes Apppalam from Madurai Jaihindpuram branch to ongole andara Pradesh, but still. Date Parcel not receive booking no arc pd 19tp mdk 3237. From Roja mark appalam to Samsung please nessscery actio.
I have sent one parcel from Harur to Karaikal on 06th Aug 2018 (2nd Aug 2018 onwards we tried to send the parcel, Harur branch office was closed and checked with concern person he said iam outof station you can come later, finally after three days we booked the parcel), still it's not reached Karaikal, I can not track the parcel status. I called many times to Salem office and Karaiakl office their response was not positive and not able to provide me the actual information about my parcel. This is my second worst experience from Arc Parcel service.

Not received as of today 26th July 2017. Kanchipuram phone is switched off for three days. Today very harsh reply from Kanchipuram manager. Worried whether my cycle will deliver safely.
