I have repeatedly tried to get customer support from bigfishgames via their website. The only response so far is computer generated auto replies which provide to a link on their website. I have repeatedly followed all advice given to the letter and have also responded to their emails requesting further customer support. But NO CUSTOMER SUPPPORT IS GIVEN. NO FURTHER RESPONSES TO MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS TO COMMNICATE WITH THEM AND RESOLVE ISSUES WITH MY ACCOUNT. I am extremely dismayed and disgusted by such extremely bad customer support. Simply responding to requests with computer generated auto replies and NO FURTHER ACTION IS INEXCUSABLE. I have tried every possible way to try and get further personal customer support from this extremely poor website. It appears they are only too happy to take money from long standing customers and provide virtually nothing in return.

I canceled my acct way back in 3/13/13. Until now they have taken $6. 99 out of my acct till 6/16/15. This is fraud and they need to compensate for the illegal money they took from me. Be very careful if you join the Big Fish Game Club. If you cancel they will still take money from your acct. I sent them a letter and proof of what they have done. We'll see if I get compensated for their mistake.
