Ms. Celine Ryder On Phone To Child Benefit Birmingham Service
I called this morning to ask why my daughters NI number had not been automatically sent out following her 16th birthday. Your representative said my address details did not match those held on the system, but she wouldn't tell me where the NI number had been sent to and what the incorrect address was. I have had regular communication late last year with the child benefit office, all of which was sent to my current address. So I do not understand why your representative wouldn't confirm which address the NI number was sent to and why it had gone to another address if recent communication from you has gone to my current address. I wasn't given clear advice on how to correct this address error. Can you please advise how I update my current address details to receive the NI number?
