We have a problem regarding the Cignal. Nagload po kami last saturday and it was being activated. Kaso yong nakalagay sa screen is E04 This channel is no longer available for viewing. Tumawag na ako five beses sa hotline pero wala pa rin nangyari. Sinasabi lang ng mga agent na maghintay after 12hs. Ilang 12hrs na yong hinintay namin. Mas malaki pa yong load na nagamit namin sa pantawag sa nyo kaysa load Cignal. Sana naman ma solusyonan nyo ito. Ito po yong acct number 18344230.

I have not been able to connect to your website for almost a year now. I use www. Cignal. Tv as your website to no avail. I am not sure what the problem is in accessing your website. I had consulted SMART/PLDT, Dell, Microsoft about this issue. Everyone of them told me that there is no problem at their ends. In fact we spent so many hours trying to get it fixed, but still could not get it done. Am I in your list of undesirable client, although, I have been with Cignal for five years now. I request your good office to look into the dispute on payment that i made since the time Glenda has destroyed our sattelite since in my account i was paying two boxes, last October 2, your technician came and fixed only one box, It was just last Monday December, five when it was put to work.
