I bought a pair of your women's occupational shoes back in December 2017. (Peppy Work Lace up shoe slip resistant. Item 553961755) I have tried wearing them for a couple of months or so thinking they would get better. But they did not only got worse causing corns in between my toes and rubbing the ball of my feet. I tried to take them back to WALMART where I ordered them from. They wouldn't take them back, said I waited too long. Can you help me ?.

I purchased a pair of your men's shoes a few years ago, and have very seldom worn them. To my amazement a week or so ago I observed that on one shoe. The sole was becoming loose from the upper. I used them once more and lo and behold, the soles of both shoes completely separated from the uppers. I can only describe them as having two straps which can be held in place with Velcro. I am not able to use them of course, however I decided that rather than dispose of them, I have kept them in order to have you look at them. I feel that from a quality control issue, a reputable company such as Dr Scholes should be concerned, how would I be able to recommend to friends and family when a pair of your shoes fell completely apart. Yours Sincerely
William K. Scott.

I called your Customer Service Department to ask where I could purchase a file for my toenails. The person I spoke to said when Bayer purchased Dr. Scholls they no longer carried the file I was wanting. The file is three inches long and the white handle is two 1/2 inches long. It was very good to file my toenails and I would like to purchase another one. I asked the man if he could tell me of any stores that might have some of these files and he said he did not know of any. I am very disappointed as I was hoping to purchase another one. I do not know what an Image Code is. Please call me at 816-478-2842. Thank you.

Bought a pair of dr. Scholl leather slippers MNDS030000 back in December. My husband had to have hip surgery so he need some shoes with no ties. I know hes had them five months, but has only wornabout two maybe two 1/2 months. The problem is the hole insides are falling out (soles and coushion). I tried to call the number and it belongs to Bayer Co. I took the shoes back to Wal-Mart and they have summer shoes now and would not trade with me. He still needs these shoes being only five months out of complete hip replacement. I would like to have some kind of response from ya'll. Thank You Nellie Duncan .

I purchased the $50. 00 Dr. Scholl 220 cm inserts following all machine instructions. While the right insert is perfect, the left is not. Actually, the left insert is quite painful and has left my arch aching continuously. I love how supportive the right insert is. I think you need to sell them separately as the majority of peoples feet are not the same. I have tried putting two makeup sponges under my left arch, but that is not helping either. What do you suggest I do?.

I have a product called Seeker-Sneakers that I think would work well with your company that slips into the shoe and this devise would regulate speed distance and location of your child without the need to activate or do anything. Anyone with a smart phone will be alerted to the alarm being sent if child is in danger. Please contact me @ (775) 287-5873 or e-mail me
thank you for your time in this matter.
