I bought FTM 2017 yesterday. Today I signed up for free 14 trial and used credit card to renew month to month. However I was not able to log in. I clicked to get a email sent to reset password three different times in a half hour period and did not get a email back. I called your customer service and they said it takes about a half hour for the system to work. I came back to my computer almost an hour later and still no email and no response. I then called up your automated service and cancelled my subscription because apparently FTM has no interest in helping me log in. Frustrated beyond belief with a wast of my time and money. This is not the first time I have been frustrated with you. My past FTM2 I had similar issues and customer support is nearly impossible to talk or chat with someone. I wish to be refunded for FTM 2017 too because no sense in having a program that i can not integrate with your online service.

I have family tree 2014, I had upgraded from 2012 to 2014. I have put a lot of information on my trees. I have tried to synch my trees and other information on family tree 2014. I did a back up, but it did not synch family tree and ancestry. Now I do not have my paid subscription. The backup. I wanted to include my daughter on the tree as I would like her to be able to access the information I have put on the tree.
I Purchased a Family Tree Maker on April four, 2017. I never could get it to download and I never got the cd in the mail. The Credit Card account number was probably 9758. If that is not right let me know and I'll search all my cards by the purchase date and find it. I still haven't been able to download the April two, 2017 version you sent me a link for --- telling me I could download it and saying the cd would be sent shortly. Now I hadn't downloaded Windows ten yet so that may be the problem with the download. It said I needed a "FTM Build 510. " What is that? And how do I know if I have it. Don't see it in my downloads. Had many issues with "live" family members this year so didn't get back to it until now. I have downloaded Windows10 now, but your download site says the download is "Not Available. "
