They took my money and won't file my tax return and refuse to refund the money or respond to my complaint. Stay away from these people. It has been eight days and three emails. They say they will respond within 24 hours, but that is a lie. They send you a email prepared template. No real customer service. They are thieves and unless I hear back from a person within 12 hours, I will file a complaint with the better business bureau and complain via twitter, Facebook and the newspaper.
