Objectives of Kalam Institute of Technology – KIT Berhampur are to help the young students of Orissa after their school education to enter in the field of technical education choosing either 3 years diploma course or 4 years B. Tech degree course basing upon their eligibility, interest, career objective and varied economic standard. Institute offers different kind of bachelor and master courses leading to different streams.

Kalam Institute of Technology – KIT Berhampur is located in Govinda Vihar, Govindapur, P.O. Laxmi Pur, Berhampur, District Ganjam, Orissa. The KIT campus is located in the out-skirts of Berhampur city on NH-5. It is about 10 Kms from Berhampur Railway Station & 5 kms from Berhampur University. The campus is a pollution free zone surrounded by lush-green area and noise-free environment. Through-out the year, the environment in the area seems to be very pleasant blessed by the nature and the geographical location due to close proximity from Bay of Bengal & Gopalpur-on-Sea, an international tourist place.
