Purchased a Kenmore Elite Refrig in Nov14 and by July16 in just one 1/2yrs later it does not work. I called Kenmore they told no warranty. I found out I did have warranty left. I called again. Repair person was sent only to have to order parts and they would come out again to make the repairs. It is three weeks later no parts no refrig and customer service does not care. They hope the parts arrive and I am to call them when the parts arrive. My family of six has no refrig and I am still to pay as I financed it with them. We are living out of coolers and have spent a third world economy on ice. I sure hope someone of substance reads this andassist me in someway that corrects my problem.

Wow I guess this graph says it all Here's my suggestions. ONE: Make a quality product that does what you claim. TWO: STAND BEHIND IT If a service call is needed, the first one should be on you. Yes, you read that right. It's called Customer Care. THREE: Be accountable for a poor product you took money for. We can not respect a company that has no respect for itself. You must be tired of hiding behind phone numbers that are routed to uninformed drones.

I purchased four new Kenmore products for my home kitchen and am very unhappy with them all. I have already had the refrigerator replaced and the new one is doing the same as the old one, freezing food in the refrigerator part. The dishwasher does not clean all the dishes and the microwave makes a strange noise when the turntable is going. The only product that seems to be working ok is my stove. I bought your products because I thought you were one of the reputable companies, I'm very upset that I spent all this money for appliances that are not meeting the quality for the price this company charges.

Bought four appliances from sears two years ago. I have always purchased Kenmore appliances, but will never again The refrigerator control board was defective and caused water to leak out from the bottom )ruined brand new wood floor). Sears refused to help as it was one month out of warranty. The cost was $400 to replace the control board which thru a Google search is known to be defective. Kenmore should be proactive and replace all the control boards prior to damage to customers homes. Shame on this manufacturer.
