I will be traveling to the United States and need to put on a US plan. I do not want to use Koodo Roaming made easy. That plan is too expensive. I want to use the previous plans where I could pay for a three, ten or 30 day plan and have the option to have only phone or only text, not have my complete existing plan available in the States. I have been charged for data on my last two biiling cycles. I believe this is from accidentally turning on my data on my phone. Although this was only a short time it has been $5 on my last two bills. I am not in need of data and use my home wifi for internet services which incurs it's own costs. Although this is my fault, I was wondering if Koodo could reimburse for one month of these data chrges:$5+ tax. As it was accidental occurence. Thank you for your time.

I am a very unhappy customer. You folks have overcharged me and I refuse to pay for your mistakes. My phone number is 902 579 1557. My phone says something completely different from what your records say. This phone is always on wifi - it never leaves my house and my house has wifi. I waited
2 hours to talk to an agent on a over billing issue. The phone's you sell are made of glass they should have a protective unit installed before leaving the store as iv had mine two days and two cracks on my screen. When i asked for one i was told they did not have any ? was led to believe i had free Canada wide and 500 free long distance. Got my bill after ten days was charged $90. 00 for overage fees. Now that's customer service ? very un happy customer.

I recently signed up with Koodo at the Cedarbrae Mall, but I am dissatisfied with my service. At the time there was a special for the 60. 00 plan being offered at 50. 00. When I received my bill it was at 65. 00 each as I have two phones. Visited Cedarbrae Mall and they said that I should contact the office. I am just getting the run around and your customer service team is rude and not helpful. I contacted them explaining what happened and they proceeded to state that there was no such special, but after checking realised there was. I simply asked why I was billed at 6o. Oo and not 50. 00. There was no explanation. I asked to speak to the supervisor and he had an attitude also telling me that was wrong, but then clarified that there was a promotion at the time, then he suggested giving me a 20. 00 credit for four months, but when I got the email it was only for two months. I would like to have this rectified as soon as possible, if not I will be canceled my plan and going back to TELUS.

I am new comer and joined Koodo monthly plan ( 40$ for 200min+200mb, in addition have discount of 10% from the bill due to no TAB choosing) at 20 August
I was tolled by sale representative that the first bill will be little bit more because your cycle starts in 27 and i joined in 20 so it will be month + seven days. In September i paid my first bill of 47.88$ and i though that this is the bill for month +7 days.
Today i paid addition bill of 37.8$ -- in this bill i see that this is for period between 28August to27September -- and now i realize that previous bill (of 47.88) was fro seven days only as i understand from 20aug to 27August So this is a big mistake i suppose... How can you bill me for seven days 47.88$? i purchased monthly plan -- so the price is for 30/31 days. Your cycle date it is for your comfort of billing, not my. I expect to pay about 8.5$ fro seven days period not 47.88! waiting for your answer...thanks
