I have spent hours of my precious time trying to find a bag that a TSA agent did not put back into my carry on. This is outrageous. Shame on you.

I would like to file a complaint regarding the limited availability of food services around gate 21. I along with hundreds of other travelers are searching for food services extremely frustrated by the lack of availability. Would really expect more from such a large international airport as LAX.

My father Mr S.R Subramaniam travelled out of LAX international airport on November 30 by BA 282 -Gate 134
He is 85-was taken through security check by wheel chair-between 2.30 and three pm. Had handed over a brand new Toshiba laptop from his suitcase in an unzipped red bag (like a Dept stores bag with RMKV printed on it) to the wheel chair handler as he "offered" to help. He(my dad)saw the laptop being placed with the bag on the conveyor -Post security he 'asked' the wheel chair handler if the computer was put back and got an affirmative answer .After 15 minutes at the gate he opened the suitcase -there was no red bag or the laptop- He complained to BA personnel at the counter-, went back to security-there was no sign of the laptop-TSA as of today cannot find it -With so much surveillance how can it disappear?
The wheel chair personnel volunteered help, but was careless and irresponsible-My father was distressed when he left USA on a long flight to India.
