Have purchased black Louis Philippe shirt last year from wave mall companies outlet, although I do not have bill now, the shirt was costly to me, but I bought it, but believe me the shirt got faded in 10-15 washes only I wear it very occasionally as I mentioned it was costly to me this is the only branded shirt which I have, but surprised by the white patches in black shirt of such renowned company, I do not want my money back as it was hard earned money do if possible get my shirt exchanged as soon as possible. Since LP has good reputation and good quality i have been using LP shirts for more than ten years. I have been introduced to the below address by one of my friend for LP shirts in low price, voluntarily visited the shop to check quality. Later came to know that its all fake labels in the name of LP. Kindly take immediate action to stop fake products in the name of LP. So that LP's reputation and quality can be maintained. I purchased black pant along with four shirts from Louis Philippe brand from Tirupathi. After wearing the trouser for few days, i dipped for washing for the first time. To my shock and surprise the dye came off and color faded and the pant was not worth wearing. I am shocked how such brand sell such poor quality of trousers, I stay in Bhopal and cannot go to the shop in Tirupathi which is 1500km to complaint or exchange i have do not have the receipt also. Pl help me i purchased for more than 5000 rupees of Louis Philippe and my trouser which lost color cost more than 2000. I want exchange it is brand new one. I stay in Bhopal.
