I discovered a cigarette in my package of Newport Red 100s that had apparently become wet at some point in its life as a cigarette. Strangely, the cigarettes next to it were perfectly fine. There was no moisture inside the pack either. Whatever it is that is on the cigarette sparkles a little when you rotate it in the light even though my guess would be that it was probably a brownish color to begin with. It's difficult to tell exactly because of the tobacco. I do not intend this as a formal complaint, I just thought you'd appreciate being informed. Has been selling "loosies" or loose cigarette for $. 50 a piece to all the people in Yates Village. Even minors. As long as you have $. 50 and ask for Loosies, they will give it to you. If someone comes in and ask they will deny everything, but if you call the fraud and tax evasion department and have them pull the video footage you will see. They even have their 12 year old nephew giving cigarettes to people as well, the other bad part is that they sell "crack pipes and rolled up choy boy brillo pad" and they literally have people working for them for insane amount of hours and under the table.
