I ordered something on 2-7-18 and paid an extra $19. 00 to have shipped in two days. It's now 2-12-18 and I do not have my order. I emailed them about this, but have gotten no response back from them. Finally got someone on phone and explained above. She said it had been shipped and was on schedule to be delivered on 2-12-18. The lady told me it takes 24 to 48 hours to get your card approved. WHAT?

I pay by AMEX and never heard this before. Why wasn't I told this upfront?

Listen up Palm Beach. It's over for me to order anything from you ever again. I've read the complaints from many other people. Now I know why they too are upset. I'm done.

Returned Marquise Crystal Jewelry Set (item No. 54846) same day the order was received. Originally I was charged $49. 99, but they refunded only $32. 45 No explanation was given for the difference. The store's return policy did not indicate any special charges for returns. Tried several times, but could not get a live customer rep to discuss the situation on the phone Recording simply repeats the return policy and hangs up. I have brought several items from Palm Beach Jewelry in the past. I am surprised and disappointed with this experience. I will be reluctant to do any further business with this company.
