Dear Sir/Madam, I booked three Renfe Spain Pass via Renfe website last week. Payments were made and transactions were successful. And I received email confirmation for each of the pass purchase. However, after the purchase, I realised that I have skipped the step of printing/downloading the passes after payments were made. I also did not indicate the passport numbers of the pass holders during the application process. I have created a Renfe account before the pass purchase. Hence I went to update the travelers' passport numbers in my account. Then, I tried to retrieve and print the passes by keying in either the numero del abono or the localizador, together with the passport numbers. But I was still unsuccessful. Please advise me on how I could rectify my mistakes and resolve the issue. Thank you.
