I an Ex-serviceman, retired from Indian Arrmy. During my serving life i could not own home due to lake of money. After my retirement i got some money, as my nessesory retirement Benefits. 1. IBooked a Home in Supertech Sportscity Meerut in 2012 at time of Booking the compleation Daate of Home was Apr 2014. 2. But till Date the construction of Home yet not compleated. 3. Theydid not pay me A SINGLE PAISSA AS PER AGGRIMENT as their committment. 4. They are not giving me correct informetion about the readyness of home and are increasind the Delivery date six months, one year from Apr 2014. But from Apr 2014 they never fullfil their commitment. 5. Sir my chieldren are now ready for MARRIGE, , but whit out having a home how it can be posseble. I am retired exserviceman from Indian army. After retrement i received some amount as my retirement benefits. Then booked a home in Supertech sports city in 2012. 1. At the time of booking, the copleation date of home was APR 2014. 2. But till June 2017 the home yet not compleate. 3. They are asking more two years time. 4. I have paid them more then 75% of unit prise. 5. Till date The Builder not pay me SINGLE PAISSA as penalty/compentation as per aggriment
My chieldren are now yong and requred marrige, but an homeless condition how i can do this. Sir please guide what i can do to aviod this.
Builder is doing old project from 2012 and not completed all flats and bcc has not been given by Nagar nigam the builder will cpme under RERA.

Muhammad Iqbal invested AED292860 with HRE Ltd in booking of one-bed room Apartment in their Tulip Residence in Dubai in 2007. HRE Ltd neither gave possession of that apartment nor returned the money. Muhammad Iqbal lodged a complaint with Dubai Land Department and sent all documentary proofs to them by courier. They have advised in their email to approach Real Estate Control and Inspection Section, 2nd Floor - at Real Estate Licensing Department in RERA. I am sending all relevant papers as proofs of booking and payment transfer etc. By courier to your Department. My rent contract is due for renewal in May-2016. My landlord was trying to increase my rent which is not allowed as per RERA calculator. When I resisted and prooved my case with RERA calculator they agreed to stick with same rent, but are now asking the full rent in one cheque. I have been staying in this flat from last four years and I have been paying in four cheques always. I believe because they cannot increase the rent legally, they are trying to trouble me by asking full rent in one cheque. Can you please help me how I can challenge this and get the rent with four cheques as my earlier contracts?
