I went @ SM City North Edsa Annex last Oct 17, 2020 and parked at the same building. Bought Desktop complete paclage at PC Express. Unfortunately i left the monitor probably at the front of the car and was not able to load it inside the car and discovered it upon reaching our house. We called the security office and to my dismay no one is answering only to find out after so many calls that security office line is not working. We called the store and assisted us and they checked it withe the security at the parking area and told that he did no notice a Samsung monitor. I was not able to go back at the store to inquire with the security. On this regard, i would like to know the possibility of requesting for a cctv footage for my peace of mind. Hello good afternoon. I have a problem regarding my purchase item which is the school shoes of my son. The sales lady gave a same right shoes to us. We only just notice it when we already at home. The problem is we came from a far place AURORA PROVINCE and it is really quite far for us to return back the item at the same day. So i am asking for any assistance on how can i return or change the item. Very bad because my son doesn't have shoes to wear and on monday was the first day of school. Please help me to change my item. Also if in case we have to change it I do not have specific time to when we are going to go back at any SM stores. Just what i have said a while ago we came from a very far place. Maybe it may took for a month before we can go travel again just to replace the item.

I just want to request for the phone number of Bench outlet in your store. Last April eight 2018, I was there with my mother. We buy things for my son, before we go home. I entered in bench to buy my perfume, I'm using my BDO VISA Card for payment transaction, and the cashier offered me if I want to apply for their Bench card and I said yes, since my mother is still busy looking for a shirt to buy. After that, the cashier ask for my one valid ID so I gave her my UMID SSS ID. After a couple of days, I was looking for my ID and I remembered that I gave my ID to the cashier, her name is J. Angel. We submitted a complaint letter about PLDT last July 14 at your office and was received by Miss Kaye Gonzales. We have no dial tone and internet connection for a month now. We kept calling PLDT, but they just gave us a reference and said they will contact us when their technician will come here to fix it, but until now, no technician showed up. We NEED an internet connection and a fone line with our business. We have lots of backlogs now and our sales dropped because of this problem.
