Kindly advice as I have a problem for more than three months with my Samsung Mobile. My mobile is galaxy grand two and after updating it''s software from android jelly bean 4. three to android kitkat 4. 4. two, but some defects appeared after the update. The device has the following errors: It restarts frequently. It suddenly stops working and needs to be restarted to work again. The durability of the battery became lower than before the update. The camera doesn't work and an error message appears (Failed to initialize). It takes long time to recharge the battery. And I went to the customer service three times and every time they return it to me without any change ( just reinstall Kitkat software). I just want to downgrade my device software to jelly bean 4. 3.

Four month ago we bought a new Television set Samsung LED TV 55 Inch.
Suddenly the power stopped working.
We phoned the Service line severel times, they answered very friendly, but nothing happend. Since ten days we continue to do this, just promisses, no Action. We are deeply disappointed because this Treatment we did not expect from an international Company like Samsung.

I've received a cellular phone Samsung s4 as a gift and sunce I unpacked the phone and the infra red is not working so I took it to official Samsung service center at NASR city and they told me I should have the purchasing receipt which I've never had itin spite of having the phone warranty with me and it is valid for nine monthes still we appreciate buying usually a great brand s like Samsung that it's usually provides a great customer care so I am sure I have a solution with your customer service center

I have received s4 as a gift and it came with warranty from Samsung Egypt it was working perfectly, but when I started to use wachon program I found out that the compatible irda is not working and when I went to the your branch in el SERAG .mall they asked me for the receipt for purchasing and I do not have it, but the warranty sill active for a year so please tell me what to do

I bought a smart phone(Galaxy note2) from seven months,suddenly it stopped working ,I sent it to maintenance they found that the main board is destroyed and the warranty period is only six months.how come for a smart device
It's really a very bad reputation for your brands among your customers .all documents are available if you need it.
I had an I phone before ,I liked Galaxy note2 more, but It's really upsetting what happened ,It's an official complain from a new customer.
