I HAVE BEEN COMPLAINING REG MY SAMSUNG TV WITH BUILT-IN AIRTEL DTH SETUP BOX MODEL NO. UA40K5570. SINCE 13TH JULY, 17 I HV REGISTERED MY COMPLAINT WITH CUSTCARE BUT ONLY RECENTLY ONE TECHN HAS VISITED AND ON two OCCASSIONS HE WAS UNSUCCESSFUL IN UPGRADING THE REQUIRED SOFTWARE, AND NOW I GET CALLS FM SAMSUNG DELHI HDOFFICE THAT THE PROBLEM COULD BE WITH AIRTEL DTH, WHEREAS I HV ALREADY CALLED AIRTEL DTH TECHN TO CHECK THEIR SYSTEM AND THEY HAVE ALREADY CONFIRMED THAT AIRTEL DTH IS WORKING WELL AS THE AIRTEL DTH HOME CHANNELS ARE WORKING BUT OTHER CHANNELS I GET 'SCRAMBLED SIGNAL' MESSAGE. MY TV WHICH IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY. THEREFORE I NOW DEMAND THAT MY TV BE REPLACED OR THE ENTIRE COST WITH INTEREST BE REFUNDED TO ME WITHOUT FURTHER HARRASSMENT TO ME. IM TOLD THAT TV SOFTWARE HAS TO BE UPGRADED TO MAKE IT WOKRING AGAIN ACCORDINGLY I RAISED COMPLAINT ON 13/07/17 NO. 4240710182, AND SINCE THAN I HV CALLED UP YOUR CUST. CARE NBR ATLEAST 5-6 TIMES, AND EVERYTIME I HV BEEN PROMISED TECHN WILL ATTEND BY TODAY BUT REGRETABBLY NO TECHN CALLS UP ON BOTHERS TO ATTEND. I HV BEEN TALKING TO YR CUST. CARE MR. BHARAT/ANUJ/ALKA ETC. I AM SHOCKED at the callous attitude of yr cust. Care PERSONS. NEVER EXPECTED THIS FM A REPUTED MNC.
