Since I leave in Phoenix AZ my communication with Scotia Dealer Advantage is in a huge misery. I do my best to provide regular payments for my 2017 Dodge Journay GT. In fact that I put my effort to keep my car and make my payments I feel that your customer service make it more and more hard for me and taking more and more monay from me by making my payments higher and higher and create a situation that I pay NSF to scotiabank. I would like to mantion to you that I still didn't start to work and my wife's salary is not able to support my car payment. I hope that you will understand my situation and help me to step in good stand and keep my car. Its suppose that I talk with Scotia Dealer Advantage Customer service today, after many try I wasn't successful. I do not know what to do now.

Can't access my car loan account on line and you do not send me monthly statements. Please tell me how I'm suppose to keep track of my car loan if I can not find the information to my car loan either on line or by receiving statements by Canada post mail. Because of this a large payment that I made on my car back in 2016 didn't get to my car loan and I just found out and had to have the TD Bank do a search to find my money. I now have it back, but still do not have a way to keep track of my car loan with your company. Please tell me how I'm suppose to access my car loan with your company so I can keep track of where my payments are going.

I want to know why i could not get a smaller loan for a cheaper car. I was looking for a loan for $3000. 00, but was not able to get one, instead i was able to get a van for $14, 999. Thats $18, 499 with fees and taxes and $28, 000 after interest. I was told that i needed to buy a newer vehicle with less kilometers in order to get value and reliability. In order for the bank to approve. Shame shame shame bank. That is not very nice. I got a 28000 van that needs a transmission and brakes. That is about 5000 worth of repairs that i cant afford. Repairs cost more than i wanted to borrow in the first place.

4 days ago I requested the principal and interest amounts on the 19 $271. 50 loan payments made between Mar 3rd and Nov 10th 2017 on account F27313, $5, 158. 50 in total, as my accountant differs on the remaining principal from the payout on www. Sdapayout.com by $1, 061. 61, and you have not yet responded in any way. I can not believe that Scotia Dealer Advantage gets so many complaints that it takes 4+ days to respond to a request

A payout request was received from www. Sdapayout.com for $29, 849. 63, and valid until 11/23, less a $35. 00 PPSA discharge fee, a principal amount of $29, 814. 63 remaining on my loan. An amortization schedule was prepared for me by my accountant indicating an amount of $28, 753. 02 on 11/23, a difference of $1, 061. 61 in your favour, which I do not understand. Is there some kind of penalty in your buyout for early payout of the loan or is my accountant incorrect, if so where is he incorrect?

Please furnish me with the principal and interest breakdown of each of the 19 payments that I have made to date so that I may pass them on to my accountant for examination.

I would like to suggest the Collection officers with Scotia Dealer Advantage get a more in depth Customer service training on how to speak to customers. Conversation on Dec. 22, 2016 rep was raising her voice, interupting me saying it is not her problem it is my problem, mentioning it is not her credit it is mine being affected, telling me to write it down to make more sense as I was not understanding and even telling me it is not worth it to cry when I was constintly being interupted, this is a form of bullying and not acceptable. When I asked her a question I was repeatedly interupted and given the same speech as before without getting an answer. Nt to think twice about ever having a loan with this bank again.

We got ripped of on our truck deal by Chrysler and it's our fault for the loan and they sold us a truck that we'll could have injured us. My name is Marleen , and I called on March nine, 2015 to ask what the balance of the car was since I wanted to pay it out. I was told the amount was $8, 953. 17. I didn't pay it out before my biweekly payment of $184. 39 was deducted. I called today (March 16) just to confirm the amount - which should be $8, 768. 78. Imagine my surprise when I was told it would cost me $8, 990. 10 I understand that there's interest,, but payment just came out, so why is the amount so high? I'll be sending an email right after to verify the exact amount of the interest to ensure that I'm not being overcharged. Marleen .

I payed off my vehicle loan 14 th of January 2015. They still took a vehicle payment out that was not suppose to which went NSF. They told me the money would be refunded A week later and nothing so I called again. This person said there was nothing they could do about it they also owe me the rest of the pay out check from my insurance thats been eight in proses. No one there will give me any answers and i need my money returned to my account. Who do these people think they are to not even be able to give me any answers or a date that the money will be there. I will never have another loan through Scotia Dealer Advantage EVER .

This company had taken out two payments from my account in which they were only supposed to take one. I spoke with a representative on a Monday and faxed the proof over and he had said I will get my money back 3-5 business days I had then said that is too long so he mentioned a rush on it. I called back on Thursday (day4) and a representative had informed me that the person who was to approve this was ill and is looking at my info right now and will put a rush on it and I will receive my money tomorrow (Friday) day 5. Well after waiting all day and no sign of any deposit I called back and spoke with another representative and he had said to me that I will get my money in 3-5 business days which is totally unacceptable. This money was for my insurance and because of scotia advantage I now have a nsf and missed payment with my insurance company. This money they took was on November 14 and I won't see it back most likely until November 28. Absolutely unprofessional of this company.

Paid off my car in the month of October. In 6th of November, My car payment came out of the bank after the car has already paid off. Customer service notified and i also notified that my refund would be received on that afternoon or the following day. After four more days and no money is being refunded. I called again and was told that money would be deposited on Monday or Tuesday. It is now Thursday and almost 13 days later and I have still not received my refund. They are a bankers for goodness sake, how hard is it to refund money, they had surely removed my number from my account.

Typical. Extremely upset with this company and i will advise everyone i know about their poor service! they took an extra $250 fro my account on November 2014 and i won't see it back until 28th of November. But if i miss a payment i am sure they would be after it as soon as possible. Unbelievable.
