Mr. Josh On Phone To Sky Broadband Philippines Service
Our modem was busted and they keep on telling us they will send a technician to replace the damaged one, but tech never came. We were promised of the schedule for three times. It's been six days that we do not have internet. I am also working as tech support for international account, I understand that sending a technician has to be scheduled and it would not be as early as expected, but giving false expectations to customer that you will send a technician on a certain day, and never came - is unacceptable.
