On Feb. 28, 2018, I called the Holiday Inn directly to inquire about a room for the night. The desk clerk said the room with two queen beds would be $121. 49; this being discounted for those attending the water well classes. We checked in at 1:30 Mar. 1st. Before leaving, we were given an early checkout saying the room was prepaid. Somehow the website became involved and charged us $152. 66. Somehow my name was mistook by booking agent. We made reservations at Motel eight for four nites, 3/13/18 true 3/18/18, it was to be close to KECK Medical hospital, my husband was having surgery, the hospital stay was to be thur the 18th, but he was released a day early, 3/17/18, so we checked out a day early 3/17/18, we would like a refund for the 4th nite stay, if not at least a credit for a one nite stay at Motel 8. The personal at the motel said they only charged us for three nites, we paid for four nites, thru Travel Web. $530. 00, .

My Name Is Michelle and I work as the front desk evening manager at a Rodeway Inn. I had to look up your company phone number on the internet. Had to call three numbers just to be told that they just help people find hotel rooms. I was calling to talk to some one about getting an authorization for a guest payment for their room stay. Was told I need to go back on the internet and look for another number, but the best way is to email. This is not how I thought travelweb do business. I made a reservation for Clarion Inn on August 16, 2016 for $136. 47. That very same day I had to cancel it and requested a refund. On August 18, 2016, you posted a refund to my account for $136. 47. However later that day you once again debited my account for $136. 47. I have talked to your company several times over several weeks and only get a lot of smoke and mirrors. Where is my money?

I filed today a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, an Affidavit of Fraud with my bank's legal department and a complaint with the Attorney General for the State of Ohio. This can all end, credit my account.

If we hotels have to make your Travel Web credit cards tax exempt then you shouldn't send over reservations that say this:"PIN119290532146511 PHR10129180271B Travelweb pays room and tax charge guest incidentals only Collect MOP for incidentals on folio A at check-in. "It says right there that you guys PAY ROOM AND TAX how are the hotels supposed to know from that that we are supposed to make it TAX EXEMPT. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP Because that is ridiculous and all of your credit cards are declining in our systems.
