Mr. Ken Ball CallsNov 05, 2018

Mr. Ken Ball On Phone To University Hospital Edmonton Service
To Whom It May Concern,

I am a liver transplant patient with an upcoming second year clinic appointment for November 28th. My difficulty is that I would like to change my appointment because I want to take an overseas trip during that time. So before I book my flight, I thought I should try to re-schedule my appointment for a later date. The complaint that I have is that she said that if I did not take the dates she offered, she would document me as non-compliant and that this would not be good for me. This is tantamount to bullying. Is this how patients are to be treated?.
