Recently bought 2018 Atlas at VW of Ocala, Florida VIN 1V2ER2CA5JC503498 on Monday, May 29, 2017. The problem is they have not yet been able to get me the second key. This car originally was at the Lokey dealership of Clearwater, FL. My salesman Alex Maldonado told me Lokey dealer doesn't have the key. Also Lokey is advertising my vehicle on their website identical VIN for sale at their dealership and they say the vehicle is available for a test drive. I am very dissatisfied with the runaround and the lies. Would like resolved immediately or my attorney will be calling next.

I have 2013 Golf and mileage is 44, 300 miles. EPC and check engine lights is on. Dealer explain me that needs replace throttle valve(throttle body?), it's cost about $1, 000 and it's no warranty. Is it common that this parts broken with this mileage and car age in normal use? I got feel, dealer mechanic knows that this kind of problem often occurred. Also I replaces rear gate ratch too. I have BMW for weekend and Mini for weekday transport to office. This is my first VW car. I'm bit disappointed with VW car.

I AM VERY UNSATISFIED WITH MY 2018 PASSAT R-line, I was told (by a salesman that it had all of the bells and whistles, which it does not the passenger seat operates like and old army tank seat. It does get near the fuel mileage they said it would.

I bought my 2016 VW Jetta TDI manual Transmission about a year ago, I was going to work Friday when the clutch went out on my car, it has only 10, 500 miles on it. I bought an extended warranty for that reason. A clutch is a major powertrain component and should be covered. Hope we can reach an agreement.

VW, I purchased my new 2019 Jetta from Sheehy VW in Springfield. On September 17 2019. On September 19 I noticed the headlight was very dim. I was told it was a computer adjustment to come by the shop and they could reset it. Upon arrival at the dealer they could not reset the headlight and I need to have it replaced. It would take two - three days to get the part. On MondaySept 24 I took my car to the dealer who stated it would take about two - three hours to replace. I was sold the VIP protection package, but upon requesting a loaner I was told loaners are only provided for repairs exceeding six hours. Upon further discussion with the service team eventually I got a loaner car. Well its now Sept 26 and the dealer informed me that the headlight was replaced, but is still dim. VW acknowledged the problem and the new headlight would not be available for two - three weeks. I explained my frustration to the dealer to no avail.

I have a 2003 vw passat, just paid for it. Its been broke down most of the time since i had it. Fix one thing then have another problem. Now have a immobilizer problem cost $500. On April three, 2017 I ordered a VW Beetle Convertible through Lafontaine VW in Dearborn, MI. It has been 18+ weeks since this vehicle was ordered and has been in transit for 7+ weeks. Have asked the dealer on more than one occasion if they can give me a better idea when it might arrive or at least a build date for the vehicle, but no information was forthcoming. Have a 2016 Jetta with 18, 000 miles on it. The AC is not as cold do I call East coast VW in SC to make an appointment, but was told I could be responsible for a $120 diagnosic test if the AC issues is caused by road debrie. Really I’ve leased and owned VW five VW since 2010. And currently own a 2010 Beatle pitched new an the 2016 Jetta and my daughter also has a 2016 Jetta. Never again will I buy or lease a VW ever again and I surly would never recommend to anyone.
