Dear All, MOBILE DATA SIM NO. 0508848615I am the owner of the above named SIM ID and i am having two different figures as bundle balance on my SIM which is strange. I have on several occasions called the Customer center to make a complaint of loss of data credit on a large scale. Today i lost almost 800MB in few hours just doing email and browsing. Being tired of complaining, i again as usual recharged my SIM with GHc20 credit and tried to bundle a weekly package of GHc15 for 1G only to realize that your system would not allow me to Rebundle because of an interfering with an existing bundle, but at the same time the system also says i had zero data credit balance. I suspect that it is the strange loss of data credit that is interfering with my ability to re bundle. I once again made a complaint to a Vodafone agent and alas i have two different figures as bundle balance. Can someone explain. Frustrated Customer.
