Had bought Onida Split Ac- one ton a year and half back . Several reminders need to be given for service requests . Now within 1.5 years there is a oil choke problem. Onida seems to be a good brand for TV, but not for AC.

Sir, I purchased a split account from ADITH ELECTRONICS vide Bill, and O.6971 dated 12/03/2012. The installation and solving some problems took 15 more days.I wanted preventive maintenance service to be done during third weak of March 2013.The customer care refused saying it is out of warranty I sent E-mail to responce@onida.com giving the whole history. There has been no responce from them till date.Itried sending the same mail to customercare, but without success, as the mail ID given to me by the dealer is wrong.
Please look into it.
